Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on presales engineer to oversee the smooth execution of our IoT and telematics installation projects. In this role, you will guide field teams, ensure technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, smart, and innovative industrial solutions to our customers.

Job Description

• Act as the technical leader for field installation teams, ensuring smooth project execution and successful transition to deployment and closure phases.

• Provide on-site and remote technical guidance during the installation, configuration, and testing of IoT and telematics solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the Project and Field Operations teams to design, validate, and finalize technical solutions based on customer requirements.

• Participate in project closure activities, ensuring all technical deliverables, documentation, and customer approvals are completed.

• Support the preparation of project documentation, including technical architectures, installation guidelines, and test reports.

• Assist the Presales team by providing technical insights during customer meetings, product demos, and solution presentations.

• Ensure consistent communication and technical alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Product Management, R&D, Logistics, Customer Success) to gather and share technical data and ensure timely delivery of project components.

• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of presales-to-field handover processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields (minimum 2 years of college-level education required).

• 3 to 10 years of experience in field installations, technical support, or presales engineering, preferably in IoT, telematics, or industrial systems.

• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to guide field engineers and ensure adherence to technical standards.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Fluent in Turkish and English or German; fluency in an additional European language is a strong plus.

• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools is an advantage.

• Based in Istanbul or willing to relocate; no travel restrictions.

• Able to travel freely within the EU/Schengen region.

• Open-minded, eager to learn, and highly motivated with a strong “can-do” attitude.
