As part of our growing organization, we are looking for a Field Services Technician based in Germany.

• Perform installation, integration, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of Trio Mobil devices and systems at customer sites

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for industrial IoT and safety solutions

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in the field

• Support hardware and system commissioning processes for customer deployments

• Conduct field measurements, device testing, and system verification activities

• Collaborate closely with technical support, engineering, and project teams

• Prepare service reports and maintain technical documentation

• Deliver high-quality technical support and maintain strong customer relationships during onsite operations

• Travel frequently within Germany and occasionally across Europe when required

Qualifications

• Degree from a Technical Vocational School or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Telecommunications or related technical disciplines

• Fluency in German and English is required

• Hands-on experience in field service, installation, maintenance, or technical support roles

• Experience with vehicle electronics, industrial machinery, automation systems, telematics, IoT devices, or industrial safety systems is highly preferred

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently in field environments

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities

• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic operational environments

• Willingness to travel extensively

• Valid driver’s license and active driving experience

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
